v Patricia A. Kuriga, et al., appellants.

(Index No. 887/13)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 17, 2013, and to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered February 26, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order (Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-02164) is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the right of direct appeal therefrom terminated upon entry of the judgment (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
