| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Juliana L. for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated September 8, 2014, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from so much of the order dated September 8, 2014, as determined her motion, among other things, to change the location of parenting exchanges is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,
ORDERED that the defendant's time to serve and file a notice of appeal from so much of the order dated September 8, 2014, as determined her motion, among other things, to change the location of parenting exchanges, is extended and the notice of appeal shall be served and filed in accordance with CPLR 5514; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
