Motion by JFK YYZ Pacific, L.P., to be substituted for the plaintiff, Carver Federal Savings Bank, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 21, 2014, and to relieve plaintiff's former counsel and substitute Newman Law, P.C., as counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to substitute JFK YYZ Pacific, L.P., for the plaintiff, Carver Federal Savings Bank, is granted, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve plaintiff's former counsel and substitute Newman Law, P.C., as counsel is denied as unnecessary.
