Motion by the respondent-appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated June 11, 2014, which determined appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 12, 2013, and two orders of the same court both dated June 24, 2013, and cross appeals by Vanessa N. from the orders dated June 24, 2013.
