ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 17, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 21, 2014, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "299 Broadway, Suite 1501" and substituting therefor the words "305 Broadway, 9th Floor."
