Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated May 5, 2014, in effect, for leave to reargue the branches of her prior motion which were to waive payment of the filing fee and for free transcripts, which were denied by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 23, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
