ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 2, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated April 7, 2014, is amended by deleting from the fifth paragraph thereof the words "299 Broadway, Suite 1501," and substituting therefor the words "305 Broadway, 9th Floor."
