It is Ordered that the motion and cross-motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that plaintiff-respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, unless defendants-appellants perfect their appeal by no later than the April 2015 term - the filing deadline is February 10, 2015.
