Motion by the appellant Nucor Construction Corp. to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 29, 2013. Separate motion by the appellant 250 Park Avenue, LLC, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Application by the respondents for oral argument of the motion by the appellant Nucor Construction Corp.
