Separate motions by the appellant-respondent and the respondents-appellants for leave to reargue an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 23, 2012, an appeal from an order of the same court dated November 30, 2012, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated January 2, 2013, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 10, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
