Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 9, 2014, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 31, 2014, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
