Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, all dated April 28, 2014, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties shall file 12 copies of the record or appendix on the appeals and their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 9, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
