It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Clerk is directed to seal the underwriting guidelines on the condition that the underwriting guidelines are filed with this Court, in accordance with this Court's rules, in a separate confidential volume of the record that has been either stipulated to by the parties or settled by Supreme Court.
