On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 24, 2014, in the above-entitled appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 5, 2012, and July 5, 2013, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed."
