| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with a transcript of his videotaped statement to aid in the preparation of a pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 27, 2012, and for leave to serve and file a handwritten pro se supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to be furnished with the transcript of the appellant's videotaped statement and for leave to serve and file a handwritten pro se supplemental brief and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with the transcript of the appellant's videotaped statement is granted, and the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall deliver a copy of the transcript to the person in charge of the institution wherein the appellant is incarcerated for examination by the appellant; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a handwritten pro se supplemental brief is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[d]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is granted, the appellant's pro se supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before March 3, 2015, and the appellant shall file nine copies of the pro se supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
