DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Charles A. Murray, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellant in order to make an application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a decision and order of this Court dated April 22, 1991 (People v Hall, 172 AD2d 771), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered January 8, 1990, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted.
