DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain documents and to be furnished with those documents to aid in the preparation of his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered April 19, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers explaining the issues to be raised relating to the subject documents.
