| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 10, 2013, to include an order of the same court dated November 25, 2013, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is granted to the extent that the Court will take judicial notice of the order dated November 25, 2013, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 12, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
