DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 30, 2012, to include the transcripts of his arraignment proceedings, the preliminary hearing and the grand jury proceedings to aid in the preparation of his pro se supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the judgment roll and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the judgment roll is denied with leave to renew on or before January 20, 2015, upon proper papers setting forth the issues the appellant plans to raise in connection with the above-referenced transcripts; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is granted, the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before March 3, 2015, and the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
