Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered April 16, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before February 9, 2015, the appellant shall file nine copies of the replacement pro se supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
