Motion by the defendants, inter alia, to stay certain proceedings in an action entitled Wynkoop v 622A President Street Owners Corp., pending in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Index No. 507156/13, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 20, 2013, and January 17, 2014, respectively, and an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the same court dated November 7, 2013, and and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on the appeals from the orders dated December 20, 2013, and January 17, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
