Motion by Planning Board of Town of Unionvale to hold in abeyance an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated March 12, 2013. Separate motion by the Planning Board of the Town of Union Vale to hold in abeyance appeals from two orders of the same court dated November 8, 2013, and February 18, 2014, respectively

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion the time of the Planning Board of Town of Unionvale to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeals from the orders dated November 8, 2013, and February 18, 2014, is enlarged until February 10, 2015, and the brief of Planning Board of Town of Unionvale must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated March 12, 2013, will be calendared together with the appeals from the orders dated November 8, 2013, and February 18, 2014, and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date.
