Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered May 1, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before January 27, 2015, the appellant shall either serve and file a replacement brief or advise the Court, in writing, that no replacement brief will be filed, and the motion is otherwise denied.
