DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with certain transcripts and documents to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both rendered June 26, 2013, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with certain transcripts and documents is denied with leave to renew upon papers setting forth the issues to be raised in connection with the transcripts and documents requested; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before February 10, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
