DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with trial exhibits A through K and 1 through 108 to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered July 12, 2013, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with with trial exhibits A through K and 1 through 108 is denied with leave to renew upon papers setting forth the issues to be raised in connection with the exhibits requested; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before February 10, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
