DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Renewed motion by the Children's Law Center to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 12, 2013, May 22, 2013, and May 23, 2013, respectively, for the appointment of separate counsel to represent each of the children, and to enlarge the time of the attorneys for the children to serve and file their respective briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the children, Children's Law Center, 44 Court Street, 11th Floor, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11201, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the Clerk of this Court, and the clerk or her designee shall provide all papers in the action to the new attorneys for the children herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child Kayla F.:

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of the attorneys for the children to serve and file their respective briefs is granted to the extent that a scheduling order pursuant to section 22 NYCRR 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), will be issued giving the attorneys for the children dates by which to serve and file their respective briefs.
