Motion by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, to hold the appellants-respondents in contempt for failing to comply with a decision, order and judgment of this Court dated October 1, 2014, which dismissed an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated January 3, 2013, and determined a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
