Motion by the appellant to calendar together appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 19, 2013, and two orders of the same court dated August 16, 2012, and June 18, 2014, respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is granted, the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until February 2, 2015, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 18, 2014, is enlarged until February 2, 2015, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
