On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated November 24, 2014, which granted the application by the respondents Waterfront N.Y. Realty, Corp. and ENK International, LLC, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 15, 2014, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 19, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "January 15, 2015."
