Motion by appellant on an appeal from judgments of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, Nassau County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered December 21, 2012, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 19, 2013, and extended by decisions and orders on motions of this court dated January 14, 2014 and May 21, 2014, pending the determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
