DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Tarshis & Hammerman, LLP, Respondent, v Karen Hartig, Appellant.

Separate motions by appellant, by orders to show cause dated October 20, 2014 and October 29, 2014, respectively, for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 16, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for a stay, made by order to show cause dated October 29, 2014, is granted on condition that the appeal be perfected by February 6, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion made by order to show cause dated October 20, 2014 is denied as moot.
