Motion by appellants to consolidate the above-enumerated appeal from a final judgment
of the District Court of Suffolk County, Second District, entered October 3, 2014, with appeal
No. 2014-2488 S C and appeal No. 2014-2489 S C.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted only to the extent that the three appeals may be perfected with a single brief bearing all of the appeal numbers and that there shall be oral argument, if requested, on all the appeals at the same time.
