Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, rendered October 11, 2013.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.

Since appellant has submitted a brief that does not address the judgment of conviction, so much of his appeal as is from the judgment of conviction is dismissed as abandoned. So much of defendant's appeal as is from the SORA determination of the same court dated October 18, 2013 has been perfected and shall be determined under appeal No. 2013-2846 RO C.
