DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2014-2790 S C
The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Vincent Piemonte, Appellant.

Appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Third District, entered October 15, 2014.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as appellant is not aggrieved by the order, which recites that it was entered upon appellant's failure to submit opposition to the motion giving rise to the order (see CPLR 5511). If appellant takes issue with the order's recitation, his remedy is to move in the District Court to resettle the order.
