| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 16, 2014, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is denied as premature as the time to perfect the appeal does not expire until March 30, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
