DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated June 17, 2014, and September 16, 2014, respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing a brief on the appeals is enlarged until January 21, 2015.
