ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 3, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated August 14, 2013, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "December 18, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "December 19, 2014."
