v Jessica Graham, appellant.

(Docket No. O-05321-13)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion to reinstate an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated July 16, 2014, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 27, 2014, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 8. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 20, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

RIVERA, J.P., LEVENTHAL, HINDS-RADIX and BARROS, JJ., concur.
