DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated December 12, 2014, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 3, 2010, and for leave to file exhibits to his pro se supplemental brief. Motion by the appellant pro se to compel his assigned trial counsel to provide certain documents.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's pro se supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before February 23, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the pro se supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
