DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants Clifford B. Soults and Adirondack Neurosurgical Specialists, P.C., to calendar together appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 18, 2014, and March 19, 2014, respectively. Separate motion by the respondents for leave to file a replacement brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated March 19, 2014 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-04429), and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the appellants Clifford B. Soults and Adirondack Neurosurgical Specialists, P.C., is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents' motion is granted, the respondents' brief filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated March 19, 2014, is stricken, and on or before January 22, 2015, the respondents may serve and file a replacement brief; and it is further, ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated March 19, 2014, is enlarged until February 6, 2015, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
