| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered July 17, 2012, and a resentence of the same court imposed September 25, 2012, and to be furnished with the transcripts of certain proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is denied as unnecessary as the pro se supplemental brief was timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
