An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 20, 2013, and the attorney for the children having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated December 16, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Keliann M. Argy, Esq., dated December 22, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before January 20, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
