Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings to evict it from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 16, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings to evict the appellant from the subject premises, located at 126-36 34th Avenue, Corona, New York, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
