DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute purported appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated July 9, 2014, and August 7, 2014, respectively, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the purported appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with CPLR 5515(1); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
