| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Arnold Ludwig, as administrator of the estate of Sheldon Pulaski, to be substituted for Pulaski-Sirota Associates on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 29, 2013, and September 24, 2014, respectively, to consolidate the appeals, and for leave to perfect the appeal from the order dated September 24, 2014, by serving and filing a supplemental record and a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the caption is amended accordingly, the appeals are consolidated, and on or before February 2, 2015, Arnold Ludwig shall perfect the appeal from the order dated September 24, 2014, by serving and filing a supplemental record and a brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents shall serve and file a single brief responding to the brief and the supplemental brief of the third-party defendant-appellant on or before March 9, 2015, and the third-party defendant-appellant shall serve and file a reply brief on or before March 24, 2015.
