| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Upon reading and filing the petition of Cassidy Lane, an attorney of the State of Maryland, verified on the 19th day of December, 2014, and the affidavits and exhibits annexed thereto, it is
ORDERED that the petition is granted and that upon taking and subscribing the constitutional oath of office as prescribed by law, Cassidy Lane is admitted to practice pro hac vice pursuant to § 520.11(a)(2) of the rules of the Court of Appeals and § 690.3(c) of the rules of this court, as an attorney and counselor-at-law on behalf of Brooklyn Defender Services, in all matters in which it has an interest, in all Courts of this State, from the date of taking and subscribing the oath to and including July 7, 2016, or upon termination of her employment as an attorney with Brooklyn Defender Services, whichever occurs first; and it is further,
ORDERED that Brooklyn Defender Services shall file an annual report pursuant to § 690.3(e) of the rules of this court concerning Cassidy Lane, and the legal services in which she was engaged in the preceding year.
