Motion by the assigned counsel for the appellant to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 11, 2013, and to substitute retained counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth his expressed desire to relieve assigned counsel and to substitute for retained counsel.
