Motion by Florencia Vasquez for leave to reargue a prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 19, 2010, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 13, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
