On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 24, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 3, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County."
