Motion by the respondent for leave to correct its brief on an appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 1, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before February 13, 2015, the respondent shall either (1) remove the subject sentence on page 2 from the copies of the respondent's brief filed with the Clerk of the Court, (2) replace page 2 of the copies of the respondent's brief filed with the Clerk of the Court with a page that does not contain the subject material, or (3) serve and file a replacement brief that does not contain the subject material.
